Nestled into the canyons along the winding roads of upper Montclair, the three-story, 3,300-square-foot home’s street-level façade belies its size. An entry-level landing houses one of the home’s four bedrooms: a spacious master suite perfect for an au pair, a guest room, home office, or a private music studio.

Continue the descent to the mid-level floor via a dramatic glass-walled staircase where west-facing windows flood the room with light featuring—you guessed it—killer views of Oakland and San Francisco. The second level’s inviting open floor plan is the hub of the home, designed for relaxing and entertaining with optimal flow between the living room, dining room, and a chef-worthy kitchen.
