Three Bay Area artists—Carol Ladewig, Diane Rosenblum, and Lucky Rapp—exhibit large scale works that utilize grids of color to interpret and communicate external information and data to the viewers—the meaning of which may change depending on the viewers’ own associations with color.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) works to shift long held patterns around stress and anxiety. MBSR is clinically proven to reduce anxiety, chronic pain, depression, insomnia, and the long term effects of everyday stress.
Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the systematic application of mindfulness training to stress and to health problems related to stress. MBSR has proven highly effective in releasing anxiety and depression, and in lessening the ill effects of stress on the body mind and spirit. Even with our greatest challenges, mindfulness can teach us to live more satisfying lives, and to nurture our health and well-being.
In this workshop series you will learn:
How to live in the present moment
Cultivate ease and mental flexibility
Gain insight into unhealthy patterns of reactivity
Learn to practice self-compassion
Learn the art of doing one thing at a time instead of multi-tasking
Grow inner well-being with mindfulness
Each session includes, mindfulness for everyday life instructions, guided meditation, body mindfulness (yoga and chi-gong), and support for your questions and reflections.
