This class features Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises for those who have a minimum of 12 hours studying Breema.
Come and continue learning Breema and Self-Breema to practice unifying body, mind, and feelings in the present moment. Experience a tangible sense of wholeness and aliveness, as well as greater comfort, flexibility, and vitality.
Deepen your understanding of the Nine Principles of Harmony underlying the philosophy of Breema, so you can bring them to your daily life to support greater harmony in your relationships to yourself, others, and all life.
