COOK! Culinary Programs are a summer series of one-week, two-week and three-week classes for young people, ages 9 - 18. Based in Emeryville, CA, in the Paulding & Company kitchen, a fully equipped commercial teaching kitchen (and home to Top Chef, Season One!), the classes are designed to challenge, inspire, and feed the budding young chefs who join the program. COOK! camps are designed for kids with all levels of culinary experience and are taught by a staff of professional chefs and food enthusiasts.

My children, especially my son has always shown great interest in putting ingredients together to create something palatable from a very early age and the camp invigorated this passion in him.
