Ricky Doh, a veteran of Oakland’s Phom Penh House, is the owner/operator and delivers the real deal. The repast ranges from appetizers such as refreshing, spicy papaya salad; fresh, mint-studded spring rolls, and coconut milkrick prahok katis to lemongrass-laden and tamarind-laced soups and savory-sauced, piquant-spiced lamb, beef, pork, chicken, and seafood dishes. Curry, noodles and vegetarian offerings round out the menu. Serves lunch and dinner daily.
