A Vietnamese restaurant presents an extensive menu with more than 100 dishes, from pho and vermicelli to spring rolls and pork buns. After chomping down cilantro-minty spring rolls, we ate family-style, selecting salt-and-pepper prawns, and a chicken curry-coconutty soup full of carrots, potatoes, and thighs. Gurgling fountains and mirrors add to the well-lit, tidy restaurant’s ambience. (The restaurant is related to Tu Tai 1, 13898 Doolittle Drive, 510-351-8899, San Leandro.) Lunch and dinner daily.
