The ultimate studio workshop for local artists, Studio 23 offers a friendly, unique setting to showcase the works of artists in Alameda. Founded in 2013 by Wesley and Jessica Warren, the studio functions as a workshop for local artists and is open to the public only on Second Fridays and for special events. Jessica Warren says her goal for Studio 23 is “to provide a place for artists to conspire and inspire each other, as well as find innovative ways to give back to the community. We offer workshops as well as creative events designed to nurture and promote local talent.” It’s a great place for artists who are passionate about their work and are trying to establish themselves in the Alameda art scene.
