Eve's Waterfront Restaurant Debuts Sunday Buffets

It features brunch classics such as chicken and waffles and Southern-fried catfish.

Eve's Waterfront Restaurant near Jack London Square has just debuted a prix-fixe brunch buffet which will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday from now through September.

Priced at $50 per person, the buffet includes cocktails, juices, sodas, coffee, tea, and classic brunch fare created by executive chef Brandon Peacock.

Along with seafood steamer pots (featuring Dungeness crab, prawns, clams, corn, potatoes and mussels), the buffet features an omelet station, a slow-roasted-prime-rib carving station and Chef's Choice carving station.

Further options include crab, chicken and waffles; award-winning fried chicken with chili and citrus; Belgian waffles with maple syrup and powdered sugar; maple-fennel ribs; biscuits and gravy; deviled eggs and lox; eggs Benedict; Southern-fried catfish; house-smoked salmon; savoy cabbage involtino with farro; stir-fried noodles with snap peas, baby bok choy, rainbow carrots and tamari; eggplant parmesan with fresh mozzarella, Early Girl tomatoes, and basil. Salads and sides include chicken-apple sausage, applewood-smoked bacon, seasonal salads, seasonal local vegetables, yogurt and house-made granola, home fries, rice pilaf, and Acme breads. The dessert station features mini-servings of crème brulee, cheesecake, chocolate mousse, snickerdoodles, cupcakes, chocolate-chip cookies, and brownies.
