Honor Kitchen & Cocktails in Emeryville has just debuted weekday happy-hour service.

Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7  p.m., a new "7 Under $7" menu features specially priced drinks and bites including an American Legacy “carbonated old fashioned” with bourbon, amarena-demerara, bitters, bubbles, and orange peel; a Beach Bonfire “smoked pisco punch” with pisco, pineapple gomme, lemon, Islay scotch, Tiki bitters, and salt; two fried pork-belly tacos with mole verde, pickled red onion, cilantro, and lime; two short rib sliders with horseradish crema, and pickled slaw; two guava barbecued smoked ribs with cashews and cilantro; and $2-each raw oysters with mignonette sauce.

Honor first opened in 2012. Its bar always offers an array of classic, cutting-edge, and signature cocktails made with artisanal ingredients incuding house-made syrups. Wines and beers available include many brewed by Beach Chalet in San Francisco. Helmed by chef Raul Plascencia, the kitchen serves contemporary California-style gastropub fare.
