The Face of Bilingual Education

Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley

Published:

More than 220 million people speak French on five continents. It’s the language of culture, cooking, fashion, theatre, visual arts, dance, and architecture. It’s a language of travel and international relations. Studying in a French school also teaches students analytical skills and critical thinking. More importantly, learning French allows students to learn other languages, especially the other Romance languages. At Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley, children with no prior French language experience can now join in starting in 6th grade and become fluent by the end of their middle school years. Tours available upon request.
