There's a nice vibe at this hip café where people, hunched over their wireless computers, sip espresso and Italian sodas and munch waffles and breakfast bagels, croques and pizettas, lasagna and quiche. Late risers can order breakfast until 3 p.m. Salads-especially arugula with hockey puck-sized peppery goat cheese, chunky walnuts and cilantro oil-make a nice lunch (or light dinner). Check out the daily specials, and customers can hang around through dinner, because the café is capitalizing on the resurgence of the neighborhood. Lazy Saturdays draw a healthy crowd, and with capably delivered comfort food like this, that's no surprise. (Cute T-shirts, too.) Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
