Book Launch Celebration

Come celebrate the release of A DOG NAMED 647, a middle-grade adventure novel. The story stars Mia a dog-crazy, 12-year-old. While searching for a runaway dog, she and her quirky best friend come face-to-face with the dark underbelly of a puppy mill. Mia’s Nancy Drew-like investigative skills put her in risky, sometimes dangerous adventures as she attempts to rescue hundreds of dogs.
The author, Dr. Nancy Kay is an award-winning veterinarian, author, and animal welfare advocate who lives in Oakland.
